There are three styles of rings that can be used with the Osbon systems.
Standard Tension Rings (come in two sizes and three tensions)
Standard Tension Rings A and B and the MaxElasticity Large come as a 22mm inside diameter ring
Standard Tension Rings C and D and the MaxElasticity Medium come as a 19mm inside diameter ring
The three tensions are colour coded from low to high: MaxElasticity (grey), Standard (beige) and High (pink)
EZ Tension Rings (#4,#5,#6 & #7)
A comfortable fit ring used to prevent scrotal tissue being drawn into the pump’s cylinder. They come in four sizes ranging from 16mm inside diameter to 19mm.
VenoSeal
This is an Adjustable Constriction Loop that is placed and tightened at the base of the penis. With proper tension, the VenoSeal device will be comfortable to the user but also provide enough additional pressure to prevent blood from flowing back into the body, thus maintaining an erection
How to Select a Standard Tension Ring
You will need to experiment to find the tension ring that’s right for you. Begin with the largest ring, Ring A, and determine if it is comfortable and provides a satisfactory erection. If not, try Ring B and then Ring C and then Ring D. Always try to keep the erection with the least amount of tension. Correct positioning of the tension ring is also necessary to keep the erection. Tension rings should be positioned so that the “U” shaped notch is on the bottom of the penis and the pressure points are at the top of the penis.

NOTE: When using a combination of rings, the ring with the greatest amount of tension should be closest to your body.
